Do you handle the subfloor preparation?
Yes. Our team handles subfloor preparation, existing flooring removal, surface cleaning, and leveling before installation. Where required, we also perform self-leveling works to ensure a smooth, even, and long-lasting flooring finish.
Can I order supply only and arrange my own installer?
Yes. Supply-only orders are available, especially for ID firms and contractors with their own crews.
How long does an HDB vinyl flooring installation take?
Most HDB flooring projects are completed within 1 working day, depending on size and whether existing flooring needs removal.
Do you provide warranties?
Yes. Both CORE+ and VELLERA come with manufacturer warranties, and we provide an installation workmanship warranty separately.
